– Half-Body Pose (NO color): $15 per pose

Throughout these terms, ‘I‘ refers to the artist, and ‘you‘ refers to the client commissioning the work.
In character design, you are commissioning a unique identity. To ensure your character remains yours alone, all designs include Privacy /Exclusive Right by default.
Privacy / Exclusive (included)
Ideal for personal projects, private collections, or original characters (OCs).
- The Agreement: This design is created exclusively for you. I will never resell this character or its specific design elements to another client.
- Artist Rights: I retain the right to share the final artwork, process sketches, and “making-of” content on my social media and subscription platforms (e.g., Patreon/Fanbox/Twitter).
- Publicity: The work remains exclusive to you, though I will feature the final design in my public portfolio to showcase my character design capabilities.
Commercial License (+25% fee)
Required if the character will be used for any profit-generating venture or brand identity.
- Usage: Grants you the right to use the character design for monetized channels (YouTube/Twitch), indie games, visual novels, merchandise (prints/stickers), and promotional advertising.
- The Rights: You own the character’s “IP” for commercial exploitation. I will not use the character’s likeness for any other client or personal project.
- Publicity: I retain the right to display the final work (watermarked) in my professional portfolio and demo reels to showcase my industry experience.
Full Buyout (+100% fee)
The “Total Ownership” tier for complete control and project secrecy.
- Copyright Transfer: I formally assign all copyright and intellectual property ownership to you. You have the unrestricted right to edit, modify, or trademark the character as you see fit.
- Ghost Artist Clause: I will not post the artwork to my portfolio, social media, or subscription tiers without your express written permission. This is a “silent” commission.
- Creative Lockdown: I will not recreate this specific character, their unique outfit, or their signature weapons for any other client. This lockdown applies to the combination of features that make this character unique.
